Dr. Octain is a distinguished and highly respected Family Medicine physician with over 30 years of experience in private practice. Renowned for excellence in patient care, medical education, and aesthetic medicine, Dr. Octain has established a thriving practice in Northern Virginia, providing comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare. His expertise extends beyond primary care to advanced aesthetic treatments, regenerative medicine, clinical research, and medical directorship roles. Committed to mentoring and medical education, Dr. Octain has trained numerous healthcare professionals and collaborated with leading institutions to enhance clinical training opportunities. Dr. Octain launched his Hair Restoration Center to provide revolutionary, non-invasive laser hair therapy for the purpose of promoting hair growth without leaving scars and minimizing heal time.

While pursuing his love for family medicine, Dr. Octain also explored his special interest in aesthetic medicine. He is able to offer his patients specialized care for anti-aging, hormone replacement for men and women (testosterone and estrogen), weight loss, incontinence threatment and therapy, skin health and wellness. Dr. Octain gained certification to offer several Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapies for his patients, including those for hair loss, the Vampire Facelift, O-shot, Priapus shot, and Vampire Breast Lifts.

Dr. Bikan S. Octain, MD has been teaching and mentoring Nurse Practitioner and Medical Doctor students for over a decade, sharing his extensive experience in family medicine, preventive care, and bioidentical hormone optimization. Through hands-on clinical rotations and personalized guidance, Dr. Octain helps future clinicians strengthen diagnostic skills, professional confidence, and ethical medical practice.
